Attorney Joe King is the managing partner of the highly regarded and long-standing law firm of Morris, King and Hodge. By the way, you can also hear about Joe’s partner, Harvey Morris, at the Next Lawyer Up podcast, episode 22. Joe also happens to by my “neighbor,” as his office is located across the street from mine on Pratt Avenue in Huntsville’s historic “Five Points” district. The Morris, King and Hodge building is a bit older than ours, as it was built in 1835. It is referred to as the “Old Clemens House” and it was the home of pre-civil war senator, Jeremiah Clemens, who also happened to be a first cousin to Mark Twain. Very well-respected in the legal community, Joe has a bunch of accolades to his name including Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers and he is also AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. I hadn’t talked to Joe in awhile (our close proximity notwithstanding!) so it was good to catch up with him on this episode.
